Payment Policy
All birthday and group bookings must be paid in full and are non-refundable to secure the booking. You will have the ability to change your reservation up to 48 hours before your booking date.
All corporate events require a $2,500 deposit to secure the booking. You will have the ability to change your reservation up to one week before your booking date.
In the event of winter and extreme weather conditions we cannot refund your booking, beyond our policy above.
